Who was our Amber? She was funny, vivacious. She was an avid reader. She loved riding horses, being outdoors and being active—she loved life! She was adventurous, and wasn’t afraid to try anything. Amber loved her little sister, Laura, and us, her parents. She adored her grandparents. In fact, she loved people.

Now she’s gone. We can’t understand why, and we are astounded by our loss.  But her all-too-short life has changed ours forever, and we are so grateful to have been blessed by her life.  We know Amber left her mark on many lives. We will miss her amazing smile, her contagious laughter. We will always wonder what she could’ve brought to the world had divine Providence allowed her to stay.

We await the day when we will see her again.
